Meet Ebony

Ebony Johnson, MA, LPC, is the founder of MindClimb Therapy. She carries over five years of experience supporting clients across inpatient settings and private practice. She brings an integrative approach to care, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic modalities, with training in EMDR for trauma-focused work.

Her clinical focus includes supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, trauma histories, ADHD, and autism, with an emphasis on improving quality of life, building practical coping tools, and fostering intentional, sustainable growth. She is committed to collaborative, client-centered work that respects each person as the expert in their own lived experience while offering structured, evidence-based support.

Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys Indian cuisine and finds restoration in quiet moments near the water.

How do I schedule my first online session?

What should I do at my session?

Focus on being comfortable. Sit a spot that is private and wear whatever you want. No preparation needed. Bring your cat if you would like.


What technology do I need for virtual therapy?

Any computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone will work. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and easy to access through your browser—no downloads required.

Session Pricing

Individual sessions are $160 for initial evaluation appointment and $150 per session for every other session.

Sliding scale options are available to help make services more accessible.

Out of Network

We also offer out-of-network billing. If you plan to use this option, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits. Payment for sessions is made directly to MindClimb, and we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
